It is very important to work for yourself in this fast living standard. It is crucial to live each day to the fullest. Although many people claim they want to, few can maintain the level of commitment, endurance, persistence, and focus required to continue with their lives. Instead, they opt for the perceived path of least resistance.

Over four decades of conducting personal development seminars and/or training/ development/ self-help programs, I have come to realize that while everyone needs it and should, many won't work on themselves to reap the relevant, sustainable benefits. This article will briefly examine, review, and then discuss the mnemonic approach to understanding what it means and how to use it to help you make informed decisions.
1. Wonder; what; when; worth; worthwhile:
Have you ever wondered if you could be happier, more fulfilled, and better? Are there practical steps you could take to get these results? When will it be? Is it sooner or later? You will be proactive, consistent, and persistent if you want to improve your self-worth.
2. Opportunities; opinions; organized; optimize, open-mind:
Will your personal excellence be sought and demanded? Or will you settle for just good enough? With an open mind, will you fully consider and explore your options? Are you going to see obstacles as problems or as opportunities to overcome them? Can you see the difference between your personal opinion and actual facts? You are committing, to proceed in an organized, well-informed, and developed manner to maximize your existence, etc.

3. Relevant; realistic; responsive; responsible; reasoning/ rationale:
Do not rely on the past. Instead, focus on the future and pursue a relevant course of action. How can you be more pertinent, realistic, responsive, and responsible?
4. Knowledge; keep:
What can you do to acquire the knowledge, understanding, and expertise that will allow you to be the best you can be? How can you decide when items are essential enough to keep and keep?
How can you work consistently on yourself to get the best results? Are you willing to take on all the responsibilities, etc?
